The fabric feels really nice and the stitching is solid too. It’s not perfect, but for the price I’m happy with it. I’d buy it again.

"Just Not My Vibe"
I don’t know, this site just really wasn’t doing it for me. The whole look felt super plain, and browsing around was kind of awkward for no reason. Like, I get that style is subjective, but it didn’t feel modern or polished at all. I kept clicking around trying to give it a chance, but I got annoyed fast and just gave up.

"Cute dress, but the delivery was frustrating"
I ordered a dress from them and the dress itself was nice. The quality was okay for the price, and I was happy with how it looked once it finally arrived. The issue for me was the shipping. It took way longer than I expected, and the tracking updates were really vague, so I wasn’t sure what was going on. I ended up emailing them twice before I got a clear response. Overall, I liked the clothes, but the whole ordering experience was a bit disappointing.

I ordered my usual size and this thing fit tiny and just weird all around. No idea what kind of nonsense sizing chart they’re using, but it was basically unwearable for me. Total dud.

"Felt excited at first, but not worth the price"
I was looking forward to trying this and wanted to like it, but once I got it, I felt disappointed. For what I paid, I expected something a lot better. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just really average, which made the price feel way too high.

I liked the fabric because it feels soft and comfortable on, and it’s easy to wear around, though I was expecting it to be a little thicker so that caught me off guard at first, but overall it still feels good and I’d say it’s comfy enough for everyday use.

"Really good quality and still going strong!!!"
I bought a dress from Third Form a few months back and I’ve worn it so much!!! The fabric still feels really nice and none of the seams have started coming loose, which is always a win!!! It does wrinkle a little after washing, but nothing too annoying. Overall I’m really happy with it and it’s held up way better than I expected!!!

I was surprised when this showed up because it looked different from the description?! The sizing info was off too, so it didn’t fit the way I thought it would.

"Customer service was okay, just a bit slow"
I ordered from Third Form and ended up needing to ask customer service about sizing before sorting everything out.

They were polite when they replied, but umm, it did take a couple of days and I had to chase them once. Nothing major, just a little frustrating because I was hoping to get it sorted quickly.

In the end they answered my question and the item was fine. I’d probably shop there again, but I do think the support could be a bit quicker.

They had most of what I needed, so I can't complain too much, but one item was missing. Kind of feels like whoever handles the stock updates dropped the ball on that one...

I ordered a dress from Third Form and, to be fair, it did turn up in the end. The only thing was the delivery timing felt a bit uncertain, and the tracking didn’t really move for a few days, so I ended up chasing it just to make sure nothing had gone wrong.
The dress itself was fine once it arrived, so I can’t say it was a bad experience overall. I’d probably order again, but only if I didn’t need it by a certain date, just to avoid stressing myself out.

"Packed well and arrived safely"
My order showed up nicely packed, and everything inside was in perfect shape. The box had a little squish on one corner, but the item itself was totally fine. Overall, it gave me confidence that they take care with shipping.

"Easy return, but I almost gave up"
I had to exchange my dress for a different size, and it was mostly simple. It did take a few days to hear back, which was a little frustrating and had me thinking I might just shop somewhere else next time. But once they replied, they got everything sorted out, and the new dress fit really well

"I ordered a top from Third Form..."
I ordered a top from Third Form after looking through the photos a bunch of times, because I really liked that specific shade. When it arrived, the colour was way darker and kind of dull compared to what was shown on the site. The fit was fine, but it feels like the photos made it look a bit better than it actually is. Disappointing, and it definitely makes me a bit hesitant to trust the product pics next time.
